Charity Work

Giving back to the community and having public relationships with the community is Sobeys number one priority. Sobeys constantly gives back to the communities it serves in multiple ways. Sobeys just recently entered into a partnership with Breakfast for Learning to support foot and nutrition programs at schools throughout the region with corporate donations and in-store fund-raising companies. Sobeys supports a wide range of charities across Canada, such as Kids Help Phone, Easter Seals, Canadian Cancer Society and community food banks. Sobeys participates in its communities through generous donations to educational institutions, such as St. Mary's Universitity in Halifax. Donations such as these keep the companies name in the public eye.
